The aim is to practice basic writing fluency, to improve writing for expressing opinions, and to introduce essential elements of writing in English for academic purposes.

Students study essays on various controversial topics, paying attention to setting out ideas clearly and logically. They summarize opposing arguments and write essays putting forward their own ideas. Students also study the format and structure of longer essays, including introductions, conclusions, and references. At the same time, students practice basic writing skills at sentence and paragraph level.

14.Life-prolonging treatment. Writing references and bibliogrphy.
15.Statistics. Review of main points of research essay.
